March 8th is International Women’s Day. Each year, the week leading up to this special day is filled with excitement. The whole city buzzes with events that celebrate the achievements of women and unite communities who are fighting for a better future.
It’s an emotional time that starts a lot of discussions around gender equality, women’s empowerment, the wage gap, and other problems that women face today.
We are so happy to see that the tech and startup community in Barcelona chooses to actively participate in these discussions every year. In 2020, Women’s Month will see a whole host of events aimed at bringing together women in tech and entrepreneurship to support each other and promote diversity in the industry.
Here are the top 7 meetups, workshops, talks and job fairs to attend.
