What happens when machines outperform us, and humans start to become, in a sense, obsolete? And when these machines become more and more independent, and think with a “mind” of their own? What does that mean for the relationships between us and computers? «The Evolution of our relationship with Technology» is a public lecture organised by Harbour.Space University in collaboration with OneCoWork. This talk will be conducted by Riccardo Giraldi, one of the world’s top UX and HCI experts, Microsoft Principal Creative Director.

Wait… Coffee? What’s this got to do with anything? Let us explain. Steven Mc Auley, the keynote speaker at this event is an entrepreneur, speaker and coffee philosopher who’s coming to Barcelona from Munich to talk about design, innovation and ways to make people more creative with the help of coffee. He is the owner of two companies that deal with innovative models in the coffee sector, and advises medium to large sized companies in the fields of organization, innovation and mindset. Coffee lovers, it would be a crime to miss this one!

This Google Adwords 101 workshop is recommended for all those who want to start their own business, need a bit of knowledge about online advertising at their current job, or just want to grow. It’s a concise introduction to building an online advertisement campaign, for a fair price of only 20 euros.

This month, Barcelona Code School has a wide range of courses to choose from, including the Google Adwords workshop mentioned above, and this ultimate three-day WordPress course. So basically, this August, they’ll teach you everything you need to start building your online presence! Throughout the twelve hours of classwork, you’ll learn how to build a WordPress website from scratch in groups of four. The course is in English, and you need to book in advance!
